Is it just me or is anyone else surprised by all the moral hand wringing in these comments. Like….this is a story with rape and incest and it’s largely smutty. why write entire essays about how shocking and problematic it is? You’re choosing to read it, the story never promised to critically unpack anything, it’s just Egyptian mythology smut, I’m sorry I’m just genuinely confused???
