it's really shitty, but I'm always disappointed because i can predict the plot twists most of the time. you can also try fasting (?) if that's what they call it. for this you need to differentiate hunger from craving food, you will only eat when you're hungry, means it doesn't have to be a 3 meals or more, just eat when you know you're hungry (HUNGRY! NOT STARVING!). I'm doing this right now and helps me a lot. Since I'm not used to eating breakfas......   1 reply
