Ugh I'm so glad I can't have tiktok here lmao, it's like all the fandoms I'm apart of have gone to shit, especially on social media. Like I completely understand being enthralled by a character, believe I'm the same with Dabi, that does not mean I forget their flaws too, especially when they're being shown every time they're in the panel (he's a villain for fucks sake). And Hawks is just as interesting a character, I like that I don't know what to expect from him, he's definitely a complex character. As a person I completely prefer Hawks, even though he was trained to be a hero with typical hero defining qualities, he can empathize with villains. Dabi however can't separate other heroes from how he sees his father.

Yeah Endeavor even seemed proud of him?? He even said he would've given up on his goals(? don't quote me on that, I think I need the official translation to get what he meant in this whole chapter) for him. We definitely need to see more flashbacks from Dabi's perspective to understand how Endeavor's treatment affected him to this state. I'm really excited about this development, I've been waiting for this confrontation! On the edge of my seat here lol.

Well what dabi was trying to do was convinced the public that heros weren't really the "good guys", and they were only pretending to be righteous for the public and behind doors they used their power to abused the weak and do nasty things, to proof his point he "expoused" the No1 and 2 heros, that were "the pillars of their society" so yes, he had a reason to bring up hawks name into all this.
And this doesn't have anything to do with the comment but I like dabis character, not because all the "abused that he went through" I just like his character, In fact i like most of the todoroki family, especially dabi, just like I like bakugou and hawks

Oof this is one long rant that I completely understand. Trust me I've seen the last few chapters bring out their... wild sides lol. Omg don't say sorry for loving Endeavor's character I do too! I'm just more careful about saying it lol, I definitely don't want to get into THAT kind of argument with Endeavor haters. I agree that Endeavor's best aspect is his character development, it's why I avoid conversation where he's being unfairly bashed against in my opinion, because they tend to ignore his attempts at atonement. I understand that the way his character was introduced and everyone's impression of him was terrible but it's about looking past your first impression of him that makes him an enjoyable character to read. By no means am I ignoring his past actions, honestly I'm being very objective about his character, at least I think I am. And I don't think the person he is now deserves such bad rep because he's honestly trying to become a better person. Lmfao yes I totally have that kind of relationship with Dabi. He's a terrible person and he continues to hurt Hawks (one of my favorite characters too, wow do you want to be friends?). The way Dabi is written is definitely a contributing factor to why I like him so much, there's just so much potential in a character like him. Oof should I be more direct about my liking towards Endeavor? I didn't mean to come off as a hater, I genuinely like him right now. Lmao you're not the only one, look at my own rant after finding you in my replies.

I know what he was achieving with this but what ticked me off was that he framed Hawks into a picture in which he was not. Don't get me wrong, he was very successful in wavering the publics belief in heroes, he just did it in a terrible way to one of my favorite characters lol. That's what mostly annoyed me about this. And don't worry, I understand why you like Dabi, I do too in the same way. He's a very interesting character that I look forward to reading every chapter. I want to see where his character goes in the story.

I hate how they often state things like "well he dosent deserve forgiveness" or "well u cant get rid of the past" wen this is clearly addressed in the manga as endeavor states "i am not looking for forgiveness" and number 2 "hes tryna face these things head on". Not only those two but they also have that argument of endeavor beinga rapist wen it is clearly stated rei wanted to have kids so she gave her consent to the BABY MAKING PROCESS LMAOOO. They ignore all these things in favor of creating some horrible CHARACTER not person but CHARACTER and its so dumb n such a bandwagon. Yes and often times they defend dabis actions with no character development. :/ like dabi is ACTIVELY trying to kill yet i guess we r gunna ignore dat because ooo hes hot or oooo he was abused. I still love how hes written haha. Nah u aint come off as a hater I just assumed u aint like him due to most dabi simps hating him with a passion. I'm thinking his hair is similar to his sister's hair - primarily white but with some red either on the tips or just mixed in in spots.
