now, the revelations in chapter 54 gaged me, I was not expecting that since for me Tokinaga had been confirmed asexual in chapter 31, I was sooo happy, since I, myself, am asexual. but guess not he is just a freak.
To be honest, as much as I liked ace Tokinaga I do like this change of events since it was something I was not expecting to happen, unlike some others like Alula being triggered by the blood of the one they care about (it was self-evident) and the time resetting thing, Tokinaga becomes a more complex character and the plot thickens.
I'm just sad that Waka, even if just her body, and Tokinaga will eventually have contact, especially since it's going to become sexual from one end, it was something I feared was going to happen when I first noticed Waka having a crush on Tokinaga, though knowing it's not as an end-game couple it somewhat reliefs me. Very excited to see where this is going.
ps: as an ObiNaga shipper I can't stop but think Tokinaga was very turned on when Oroka said he was gonna eat him, therefore killing him, even if it wasn't his preferred way to die, if anyone writes a fanfic about Tokinaga indulging in his sick desires and let himself be eaten by Oroka please sent me a link to it ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
