Or during the healong of the injury, the top will get mad at dan for his loss or smthg and then dan will get angry/mad about how the top has been treating him and thwn confess

Anyways honestly the plot is better compared to other mangas just cause the other ones include r*pe and are typically toxic as heck relationships. Although this is a bit embarrassing, it’s better than mangas that just revolve around r and toxicity.
