this was one of the first manhwas I read and I dropped it after I felt like he was manipulating her (iirc?). im going to give it another chance rn and update this 7/15/2022. also the art was beautiful and I liked the MC if im remembering correctly. i had an issue with the ML when i first tried reading this and I stopped after she was brought to the underworld and they were making things way too easy for her (???). and this was like a hades x persephone type of story

edit #2: ch. 35 i hope maise leaves him lol my girl deserves better than someone who faked everything just to have control over her. hmm I mean she's lying about who she is too, but not to the extent that he's doing. she still deserves better and I hope the truth comes out sooner before she gets hurt more. oops spoke too soon ch.39. around ch 42 is when the truth finally comes out and I understand why they hid things from each other. im glad maise knows

last edit: ch.50. nvm i hope maise and her husband live a happy marriage and her ex gets drowned in a toilet. i like hailey a lot too, the art is beautiful and the plot is interesting. everything makes sense later on, so I'd recommend even if you have the same issues that I did. the comedy is pretty funny too 9.3/10

ch.13, still reading. so far the plot is very good and unique. I didn't start this because complaints about the art, but the art really isn't bad. they put a lot of details into it, the people in this are just slightly abnormally long so far and proportions are slightly off in some panels . other than that, I have no complaints

edit-ch 33. the complaints about the art is ungrounded, it's really good. I don't know why I didn't pick this up sooner, as the story goes along the plot makes sense. may be a bit boring for people who are looking for action, but all in all it's 8.5/10 for me so far. i think my main complaint is that there's a bunch of plot holes that they didn't fill out. i can't memorize their names because they're barely used (except murdoch? I believe the FL is named soona who's in a body named miola?)

It felt like I had to force myself to read this. It really wasn't bad, and all the confusing questions had been answered. However I agree that the ending was rushed, if you're like me looking for a lot of romance then I don't recommend this. The comedy was decent, the plot ended melodramatically, and I'm not sure the Murdoch plot twist suited the story well. They kissed a total of 2 times at the very end, and there was 0 romantic build up. They married without a proper proposal or being in love with each other. But based on their personalities, I guess that suits them better. I was more hopeful on the issue with the temple and her sister, but the final battle was mediocre. But I think the Soona's wits, personality and humor was the main thing that made me keep reading. Overall, it's a 7.5/10 for me (I put 4 stars because I don't want to bring the rating down just because it wasn't my cup of tea). The dresses were also a big concern of mine. Overall, a story that drags along without any meaningful conclusion

ch.6, idk if I'll continue. I had high hopes since I like the whole crazy villain thing, but I'm not a fan of FL's character. the art is also extremely lazy and inconsistent (not the characters but the background and everything else). sometimes the background is luxurious which makes sense, but most of the time it looks like they live in a tiny worn out house. the dining room is oddly small and barely any background objects. these people are supposedly be insanely rich? they did not say what happened in the novel, nor what she needs to change or events to refer to. there's no goal and just seems like this going nowhere. this just seems very lazy to me so i don't think I'll continue. dude was literally missing a whole arm at one point

ch 14, this is really great so far. it seems like a funny cute lighthearted story so far and I don't understand the lower rating yet. after reading, the cover was misleading. 2 of them are her brothers, and I'm guessing the ml is that cedric dude. basically she gets wrapped up with the villains of the story, and they all care for her a lot. basically everyone around her really loves her, to the point where her maid said that MC's face is brighter than her future .I'm confused about some parts of the plot, like how did she end up beaten and dying at the beginning? and it seems like her brother's originally didn't care that she went missing? anyways, a good read to cope with the unbearable ordeal of existence

edit: ch 46. the translations start to get a little wonky but this is really good. the questionable plot answers itself as it goes along, there's good humor, funny violence and the MC's have good chemistry

i dropped this around ch 30 because I didn't like how the plot was heading, but it definitely gets better and funnier

edit: ch.75. so this turned out to be really good, I love how strong and cunning the mc is. I don't hate joseph, but I've been really rooting for erez. so far it seems like they'd stay friends ): i truly think that erez would be a good match for her, especially since she can be more open about herself and her secrets to him. but the romantic development is leaning towards josephs side, I guess that's not a terrible thing tho. he was on her side from the beginning in both lives
