I NEED TO TATTOO THIS WHOLE STORY ON MY BODY AND MY EYELIDS AND BRAINNNNN ╥﹏╥.
Im sad we’ve come to the end, this was such a gorgeous story . I can’t wait for the side chapters….hopefully.
I need the physical copy to add to my collection

i think the angst is quite short-lived and not that bad, actually! lyle ended their arrangement because he thought ash didn’t feel the same way about him (miscommunication trope, what can you do). then ash tries to win him back just a little bit later. it’s worth it, and i wouldn’t really classify it as slowburn, really.

It is totally worth it! I’m not a fan of slow burns either but the way the author portrayed the reasoning behind their ‘breakup” actually makes sense. It’s not due to any off the wall out of the blue misunderstanding, it’s honestly a real miscommunication that could happen to anyone IRL.
I’ve been in similar situation before in my own dating life where I was in both characters shoe's so it made that buildup and the bit of angst and the getting back together worth the read bc it felt real and was relatable.
SPOILER WARNING IF YOU HAVENT READ THE LATEST CHAP
I hate to say this but while the way Mido is going about doing shit is all the way fucked up. He himself is also a victim of the whole 2nd gender bs, like come on y’all they thought he was an omega when he was younger bc of the way that he looked, even Ji-Chan who was an alpha did too. And we’ve seen how they treat omega’s so I can only imagine the shit he went through on the streets.
The one thing I do agree with MIDO on was when he said that Ji-Chan only wants the Seo Mido that he made up in his mind and not the one in the real fucked up one in front of him. That’s why Ji-Chan refuses to accept the truth despite all the blatant hints
I'm relieved that someone is seeing it at the same perspective as I do. While what Mido is doing is not right, he's not wrong about Ji-chan being selfish as well, he did keep his promise about telling him the truth after all.
