It's cuz of bots that immediately upload shitty translations from other websites, I think it take a while before the chapters can get deleted, and I've seen a lot of stories where there are like 3 or 4 re-uploads of the same chunk of chapters but they never get deleted
Mostly for bots. Those mf would upload shitty ass translation from those lala and zin site which you can barely understand because they don’t translate it the right way. Like a bad Google translation, ruins everything. Unless the one uploading over is using official/better scans and translation then no one actually gives a shit ╮(￣▽￣)╭ this is just to stop bots.
