A lot of reason why people hate Helena is due to the fact that A) she’s not the MC and B) many are blaming her for the men’s actions. “Why doesn’t she know that they like her” maybe, just maybe, she just actually wants to be JUST their friend but they expect more out of her kindness other than a friendship.
