OKAY at first I thought this ending was stupid but hear me out it kinda makes sense! When Issac first discovered what was in Giselle's drink/infertility medicine (poisoned by the maid) he had a flashback/memory of what the former Master of house Nathan forced him to consume the hallucinate drug and experimented on him. I think the drug did have an unfortunate side affects and caused him to have a murderous insane side to his personality. I don't know if Issac was aware or not but I am guessing he wasn't. Giselle probably realized when she saw him that Issac had a split personality and wanted to stop him because she knew she couldn't save him. But I hope more chapters come out because this ending is so sad and it leaves you very empty.

Ya I agree, the open ending was done badly but the story was really good. I was a bit sad he ended up being the killer and they didn't end up together though
