Big boobs also unfortunately run in my family. My sibling got a breast reduction surgery and has also been losing weight to continue the reduction since their back is absolutely fucked. I didn’t need to boob reduction as mine weren’t as big, I just lost weight. Since boobs have no muscle (muscle is behind the fat and sits in-front of the rib cage) and are shaped by the fat in your body, if you lose fat then the breast size and shape will be reducted. There are reasons as to not - like the breasts being where your body stores the most fat therefore being the last or longest time to lose fat or having large glands - but either way, if you’re starving and you’re unhealthily skinny to where you are bones like MC is then your breasts would ofc lose the fat inside of it.
And the shape and size of our MC’s breasts (weird thing to type out) are healthy and unnatural for her current body. Her glands could not be that fucking huge, google breasts without fat and you’ll get what I mean. The glands don’t shape the boobs but her cheasticles are very shaped

Ngl, I feel like the male’s Anatomy in mangas are far fetched as well. Just like how some of our ladies have ginormous (back hurting looking) boobs — the men in there look super HUGE ! In more ways than one too. I just feel like — it’s to make both of them look as inhumanly attractive as possible. Which is why both the FL and ML look way too dramatized.
In all honesty though, I like the way manga drawers dramatize their works lol.
