I love how everyone is just hating Kara's while dissing what caused him to be this way and just chocking it up to be crazy ruthless ML trope lol it's more than that we literally saw what and who is the reason behind his behavior and little hints here and there tell us more details about what else happened and being charge of a war at 17 was one of them! We saw how he was raised and what happened to those he cared about. Unlike most in this trope he has a legitimate reason and it was told before everything happened.Smh y'all tripping
like a) hes a dragon. he was already at a disadvantage on the empathy side of things. what he needed was someone like abel to teach him with care throughout his youth. but INSTEAD b) his regas was murdered in front of him and died in his arms at age like 10 or sumn, c) he was poisoned daily for years on end by his closest attendants, d) they psychologically tortured him with impersonators of the one person he could feel safe around but was, once again, murdered right in front of him, e) had to escape to literal WAR at age 16, a war they were set to lose... the list goes on. im so glad he has people like abel, sir melmont, the first commander (i loved that lil love pep talk he gave him

Ikk people are just ignoring the story and taking the characters out of context and getting mad like Abel stoping Karas is completely in character for him it is literally his personality to look out for others more than himself He values life.(His reasons justified) even tho it can be naive and unreasonable sometimes.While Karas personality is that he doesn't care much for anyone including himself he doesn't really value life.(His reasons also justified) even tho can be crude and cruel sometimes. Both personalities are are extreme polar opposites and are going to clash constantly. When they're together they'll eventually balance each other out; but we have to get there first through trial and error.

As someone who hates romance in action manga/webtoons this is good the I was worried it was going to be a harem but it is more like a subtle love triangle that has you rooting for both girls and isn't really addressed till ch 100 just hints about it the pacing is great and the character building is smooth. And it's mostly focused on his goals and actions not romance! It introduces you characters a little bit before they do anything with them really. In most stories you are fighting random 1 & 2 but here they put names to faces and their reasons behind it to. Every character has a background and personality they hint at it when they are mentioned or on screen. It's really good compared to stories that just throw you a character out of nowhere and expects to give a Faulk. It's has it's flaws but it's a decent read all around.
