Reminds me of the depth in the yaoi with the game/angels(how to survive as a player ). I see seems the commander is falling in love or possibly did fall in love before (past) just never realized it or came to terms as his life was cut short but i think he always felt drawn to our MC as he knew that was his true mate(tho i know they dont know those terms yet cus this is the beginning of how betas/omega/alphas were made /discovering if they were even domaint or recessive) MC seems to be a recessive omega cool that the ML could still be drawn to him dispite his awakening . Im loving the depth of this and the slow burn regarding the development of the relationship.
