ash had a past before lyle. he left hazel BEFORE he met lyle and even if he and lyle weren’t together he wouldnt be back with hazel which is why he tells him to get lost. hazel lied and cheated which are good reasons to break up and not get back with someone. it has nothing to do with lyle. hes not with lyle because he doesnt love hazel anymore because that means that lyle was a rebound he used to get over haze. ash was already over hazel. theres nothing to be insecure about bc its been over
Yeah Lyle had a past before Ash too but he always put Ash first. That's why i think there is an imbalance in their relationship. Ash might've not meant that he's not with Lyle because he doesn't love Hazel anymore but that's exactly how it seemed to me. That's what i was saying in my comment. Idc as long as they're cool but i never really completely liked Ash.
