You are reading Yaoi, right? where there are alternative worlds, omegaverse, sex scenes and so on. I don't understand all these complaints.
A piece of advice: if it still exists, try reading "Me wo Tojite Yume wo Miru", it is a dojin that I read year's ago but that I still remember with deep sadness. A story of pain, beatings, family abandonment, child prostitution caused by a fucking shitty mother, a story that touched me deeply and was a punch in the stomach. A very realistic, "modern" that despite having "a happy ending" if you can call it that, always remains too painful because it breaks your heart, even though it is a story of pure fiction. I read it once and that was enough for me. In fact, I added the title to the stories I will NEVER read AGAIN.
That said, "Ai o Ataeru Kemonotachi" is a very nice story. Gail and Douglas are wonderful, and Chika, well, was catapulted into another world and enslaved, but luckily found some wonderful people who saved him. I don't see anything pedo in this manga. Chika is 40 years old and despite being 15 in the world she's in now, she doesn't look like a child. The difference between Chika's physique and that of the "beasts" is obvious because they are beasts. There is no sexual violence of any kind by Gail and Douglas, beatings or rape.
