It's reverse harem. The protag got isekai inside an otome game as the hated princess, a villainess character(red hair) that everyone hates bc they're very promiscuous. Like she got her harem with half of the men hating her. And she's hated by the kingdom as well. The antagonist is a black haired maid that hooked up with one of MC's men and is plotting to detrone MC. The antagonist is also an isekaid person.. I think one of the love interest was called Nika, Niko, rika, lika... Something with Ka. I don't remember anything else.

It's an isekai set in modern life. The protag is a man that was pianist forced to give up because of an injury / lack of improvement (I don't remember). He died and woke up in the body of an European girl that was in a coma. I don't remember if the girl was German, Belgian, Russian, or something else... I just remember the protag had to study the language after the switch. Anyways very rich white girl that used to be a horrible person. From then he started to study the piano. And ofc was considered a genius even if he wasn't in fact he went to the academy of sort to improve..

I reading some raws and what the hell..... This is such a MESS.
ML thinks him and MC are already dating. After finding out MC screwed Friend1, he punished MC. Friend1 r**pes MC, being in the dark ML thinks MC hasn't learnt a lesson and convinced Friend1 to traumatize further MC because ML deluded himself that MC is a sex addict. Later due to MC's zero communication skills, ML believes MC's a flirt, sex addict and a hoe that open his legs for anyone. He also believes that MC had been screwing around behind his back before and fully convinced himself that MC cannot be trusted bc he thinks he would say anything to have sex with anyone and not get punished. Thus the abuse continues as an attempt from ML to correct MC's through punishment. The translation maybe wacky but there was a scene where ML even tried to screw MC with an umbrella and later on tried to mutilated MC's hole to stop him from feeling pleasure and thus stop MC's addiction and thus put a stop on his sex with other guys which ML sees as cheating. It's so fucking horrible how ML is so crazy he even fully believes that MC loves being assaulted bc he gets hard which isng fully in MC's control (it's a biological thing)

Not sure if I'm tripping but seems like ML abuse, beat etc MC because he deluded himself MC likes it (after he saw the stragglers hands on MC's neck) thus when he noticed that MC is slowly falling out of love, the torture and beating gets worse. A bit like "if I beat MC hard enough, he'll enjoy it so much he'll stop seeking other guys and stay with me only".
MC tried to run away several times but because he's poor and have literally no one he can count on he always ends up staying with his 2 """"friends"""". Fun fact: MC thought seriously that the look alike guy he saw in ML's bday will replace him and he kept thinking he's gonna be thrown away and is scandalized that his friends will still be in good terms while he's thrown away and used as their sex slave or something. So he tried to seduce the 2 friends because he knew both of them wants an exclusive relationship with him. Y'know a "dividi e impera" strategy. Thus the 2 friends become jealous of each other... Pretty much the webtoon raws I read stops here.
From spoilers I read of the novel, (thus take this info with a bit of salt because those who write them tend to leave info out). MC attempts suicide. Thrown himself from a cliff or river/sea. He was saved by a nearby villager that lives there. MC from there could start his life anew. He was given shelter and was helped by that villager and he also don't need to agonized since his tormentors thinks he's dead. ML believes MC died and regret what he had done to MC. The 2 friends also are in shock and from the spoilers seems like they stopped being friends with each other and ml. ML eventually found MC and now focused on loving and caring for MC properly.......... MC decided to stay with ML because he fears that ML will threaten and cause trouble to the villager that saves him.
Spoilers had been vague and few since I think the one that shared it was angry of the ending haha. Basically MC falls again for ML that became nice and caring....
........... The friends all got away.
