Not really in the sense of yuri romance. It’s more like whatever the female version of bromance is/MC has sworn to protect/serve the queen (very close confidant/friend/family). MC ends up with a guy.
There’s more yuri vibes from some of the side characters though, but nothing really official if that’s what you’re looking for.
Honestly just read it for the relationship the maid and the empress have. I ignore the actual romance that occurs.
