WHAT THE FUCKKKKKK HEONJAE ARE YOU ACTUALLY KIDDING ME IVE DEFENDED YOU ALL SEASON AND YOUVE COMPLETELY BLINDSIDED ME. THIS IS NOT THE HEONJAE I MARRIED 45 CHAPTERS AGO

i might be stupid so someone feel free to correct me but when the uncle asks heonjae if he's "over it" wth is he even talking about im too emotional about being betrayed by my beautiful wife like this like was heonjae also assaulted im hoping not??? is he talking about the attack on jingi or myeong-ils injury or his crush on myeong-il bro what is going onnn im gonna kms before they can release the next season i dont wanna see heonjae try to kill jingi and then myeong-il wont be with heonjae because of it and then myeong-il probably gets with jingi for endgame and heonjae rots in jail i dont think i can emotionally handle seeing all that when this eventually comes back like i think im actually going to die

I think both brothers were abused by their 'uncle', and I'm hoping that they both end up living with MC.
I have a theory why that is likely to happen - if you notice, Jingi's personality is a lot like the MC's little sister (tough older sibling havong to be harder because they peotect the baby) while the little brother has a personality more like Heonjae (shy baby of family being bullied). So both of them would be someone that the little kids can look up and relate to, which is why they will both fit in really well with the MC's family when they get out.
So hopefully we are being set up for a happily ever after with both brothers living with the MC and helping him raise his siblings.

I feel you, man to be honest I expected this outcome ages ago. It was so evident to me the author was trying to get people to hate Hyeonjae. I don't think he ever even had an opportunity.
They're obviously pushing the "selfish jealous brother" narrative to make people hate him completely.
No, I don't hate Jingi... But it's evident to me that he's been s
purposely shown on a more favorable light on ever since season 2 started.
It was evident to me that Hyeonjae wasn't gonna be the endgame. He showed all the signs to be the loser. But, still... I was hoping the author wasn't gonna turn him into a bitchy antagonist.
At this point I don't even care if he gets with MC, I just don't want him to have a bitter ending. He doesn't deserve it...
I at least want him to be free and get therapy.

i accepted a long time ago jingis probably endgame since he's shown to have common sense and be the more "normal" of the two of them (which is crazy since theres no stepping around them both still being hardcore super rapists) but for a while the author rlly has been pushing him as the "better option" since hes a victim and he probably wouldnt murder myeong-il and he is more selfless and sexy or whatever but. i just like heonjae so much even though ive given up on my dream of him being with myeong-il i just hope it doesnt end with him rotting away in jail forever because i dont want that for himm i need a happy ending for him or i die

Sorry for the mistakes. Eng isn't my first language
And I repeat, I don't hate Jingi.
I don't hate MC either
But I think it's kinda unfair if Hyeonjae ends up portrayed as the villain when both of them (Jingi and HJ) did fucked up things.
I'll just be disappointed if HJ ends up dying/rotting in jail alone
Honestly, with how things are, the best outcome would be that HJ teams up with Jingi and MC and kills that asshole uncle

Im pretty sure I saw somewhere HJ was kept in the dark about uncles actions (not trying to kill Jingi he obviously knows that, im talking about the SA)
I cant remember where but it was said that Jingi was protecting HJ from it
Also I thought Jingi was taking the blame for something uncle did? Or I misunderstood

HE'S A CHILD MURDERER TOO???????? theres no redeeming this guy idgaf how endeering he is he just casually murders kids

if thats what you took from this chapter, you dont have the media literacy for a story like this. the level of naivety and complete lack of emotional intelligence has made it CLEAR theres something sinister behind his creation. hes not like the rest of them, hes not human like they are. you cant hold him to a moral standard hes never been taught and isnt yet emotionally mature enough to understand. hes like a child because he definitely came into being or was created when the apocalypse happened, which as we've seen was probably less than ten years ago. if yall are gonna read psychologically complex stories you have to THINK.

He does have a jarring lack of emotional awareness but his actions follow a pattern. He seems to operate on a, 'ends justify the means' brand of utilitarian perspective...but given what we know, I am not sure if that is intentional on his part. By the looks of it, he's doing what he thinks is best for everyone, so from a moral standpoint he can be evaluated. But, not from an ethical lens.

It's in the delivery of op where they were kind of off for this. Plus the whole "cannot be redeemed" thing is so wild to say for a complex character that literally grows up in a fucked up apocalyptic world who did not grow up with the same morals we have and would act based on what has worked thus far in keeping his town orderly and safe

no not really lol. and him not being human and shit is still just theories in the comments so thatās not even a valid argument. also ācannot be redeemedā can be completely subjective. op clearly thought positively of guwon before and now for them he cannot be redeemed. it doesnt matter how complex or not the story or character are. yall are mad over nothing and treating other people like theyāre stupid bc they dont like a character that killed children lmfao. fucking āiām so intelligentā weirdos. you arenāt special bc you think the story is complex, we all do, it just doesnt matter.

It's not a matter of him being human or whatnot it's literally the setting of the story. It's the apocalypse. And it seems to me like you may have some problems if you think someone telling someone to gain some media literacy after completely misreading the plotline of a story for how many chapters is simply degrading their intelligence it's a form of criticism which is rightfully so because this is literally a whole manhwa with an apocalypse setting and fucked up people but other people's take away is ohh hes red ohh the story is shit because the bl top is crazy and now hes irredeemable oh nooo
God forbid a manhwa has actual plot and people can criticize people who read thru it with shallow understanding

bro did you write the story or something? jesus christ lmfao. their understanding isnāt shallow you just disagree. youāre not giving any criticism youāre just a whiny little brat throwing a fit and insulting others who donāt share your opinion. frankly, itās embarrassing. āwah wah these strangers on the internet hate the murderer character even tho heās so complex!!! how can he be irredeemable just for killing innocent people donāt they know how complex the story is!!! itās the apocalypse!!!!ā like be serious for one minute please, guwon is not gonna come out of the screen and fuck you bro! you shit on otherās intelligence but arenāt smart enough to comprehend that people are different with their own opinions? like at this point it has to be rage bait LOL
stop i thought their baby was a girl
that would be so cute too
Wait its a boy??
