It feels almost as if it's making the plot itself look.. more gentle and pretty? Glazed over? Even that scene in this chapter with that blonde dude seemed almost toned down and romanticized considering it was r@pe because of the art. It makes me uncomfortable a bit.

EXACTLY when there was depictions of rape it looked like there were so many 'thoughtfully' drawn panels, it made me so uncomfortable I practically had to skip those parts where there were dialogue bubbles everywhere with those- ew I'm feeling nauseated, I'll never stop talking about how every Korean authors romantize rape, there's always a rape depiction as if a bl storyline can't be developed without it.

and also, a very good enemies to lovers story is the side couple in all about lust. after the main couple gets together the story turns to them. i havent read here u are in a long time either, but their relationship starts out a little rocky. (also 100% romance and very very very slow development with side couples :)
but yes i truly recommend perfect buddy everything is amazing from the characters to the story development to the buildup of the sex scenes. their dynamic changes throughout the episodes n they have insane chemistry. im following it for updates religiously rn.

The fact the nerdy guy felt like he'd seen those cassette tape before and how the npcs are not just blindly doing whatever they were programmed to but rather behave as like real people disturbs me, and remember how when doha had asked bada about his life before the game and bada stayed quite, like he didn't even have any thoughts or anything, does he remember anything, it's suspicious how bada never thinks or speaks about his life outside, like his whole life revolves around subjects and things related to the game. And now when bada spoke about the npcs hindering his gameplay I'm sure doha was feeling something as he most probably is doing that shit.

See guys let me get this straight, you can rarely find a Korean bl manhwa without rape in it.. Korean authors can't write bls without rape in it, there I said it lol. I've been thinking about this and I wanted to know the reason as to why all the well known authors are so into drawing rape scenes that last for several chapters (under the green light, jinx,ennead, waterside night, roses and champagne, pearl boy, painter of the night, yours to claim, night song, form of sympathy, checkmate, legs that can't walk and I can go onnnn and onnn) , what makes it funny is that the ones with rape are always the ones that get popular in Korea. I can't fathom how people pointing out the noncon plots get bashed for literally saying rape is wrong. Im not surprised at this point and I don't hate this manwha, infact it's one of my favourites but I do think Korean authors need to get a grip and use better ideas to portray angst rather than bringing rape into it to make it complex and angsty it just shows they are not good with forming plots. It get's depressive how the whole love between two men are mostly portrayed with rape in it.. other than the fact that it's way too common I have no other probelm.
And one more thing y'all recently I saw someone comment on a manhwa that they like noncon stuff very much and I can't believe how we have come so far that people are bold enough to type shit like that online without least bit shame. Sorry for the rant y'all.
