When she was poisoned in chapter 157, she wanted to die to end all the suffering she was experiencing while trying to “play” along with the system, but she unlocked a hidden path option and bc she was poisoned and couldn’t reject it, the auto payment forced her to accept the hidden path.
The last thing the system show herr an auto payment when she ingested the poison. The auto payment was the reason she didn't died
I think they mean the hidden ending that was forced upon her as she died
