It's the opposite for me. I love the drama better bcs it's more sad and funny. I like how they changed soojin's character, other than that they add new plot bcs they need to fill one hour and half drama per ep. Also I love hwang inyeop, he nailed han seojun character flawlessly (⌒▽⌒)
Imo it's worth it, it's kinda cringe bcs of typical cliche teen love at first but it's good and hilarious. Some scenes were sad too ngl

Hi! This is basically king's maker s2 mature version! It had the same storyline as the king's maker s2 in the normal ver, but this one has spicy scenes in it! So yes you should read king's maker first (the normal ver) for the s1 and if u want to read the normal ver of s2 too, and now s3 is starting as well. Hope this helps
