So I think I missed something or I don't remember, but I don't understand what happened with Seon-woo in the company. What's this disciplinary commite about?
Way back at the beginning Seon-Woo reported Mr Kim (I think) for having a charge on his card that was for personal use not business. That got things rolling and now they want to get him gone because he is a pain with his rule following ETC
Basically Seon Woo caught an improper charge on a company credit card from Mr. Kim, who used it for personal use. Seon Woo reported this and Mr. Kim held a grudge against Seon Woo for it. So Mr. Kim setup a farce with the Disciplinary Committee to get Seon Woo fired for being an unruly employee who consistently doesn't work well with others.
