But in Academy arc, suddenly Lime somehow become Tomoe's kin. Makoto realizes it because he can converse naturally with Lime. If Makoto can talk to Lime normally, that means Lime is not hyuman anymore, since Makoto can communicate with any species, except hyuman.
I guess this is how the author explains the background of Lime become dragon's kin. It is kinda afterthought information in WN after all. If only there's LN translation...
