Unpolished, but a very good read. The atmosphere is good, the characters are solid, and the mystery is enough to keep going. The plot can be weak at times, but the characters make up for it.

The plot can be a overly dramatic at times, and the magic element is often used to artificially create plot. However, the characters and emotions come through and make it worth reading.
