In the raws I saw Juheon have a serious argument with his family, then went to Dohu's hous where he cried and hugged Dohu, kissed him too. They talked, and I think they slept (just slept) in the bed together, but the day after Juheon was not there.
After that, it's time skip and they meet again
I don't know korean, so I don't know what they talked about
