I'm not sure if this is true but in a Spanish site I remember reading a comment saying is everyone except the Crown Prince. So is a expected betrayal (from the novel). It might make sense considering he's the only one that doesn't hide his true nature.

Not sure about that, as far as I saw in season 1 he does start having sex with the CP but willingly in exchange of protection and then he just gives in with conflicting thoughts. But is still kinda dubious dub-con there but not violent rape like the hooded man.
