Through came a picture of Zhenya and literally right after that, Zhenya walked up from behind him, saw the picture and played along when Taekjoo assumed him to be his partner. To be fair, it was a reasonable assumption to make at the time given how Zhenya went along with it instead of outright killing him (like he was supposed to do).
Right after that came a picture of his ACTUAL partner, so with Zhenya already being there, Taekjoo naturally assumed it to be Psikh Bogdanov (whom he had been previously warned about).
Pretty sure, sending the pictures in that order without actual names attached, was 100% deliberate on manager Lim's part.
It probably didn't help, that Zhenya saw the picture and told him, he'd been warned about the man in said pic .
Technically Taekjoo could have made the connection sooner, since Zhenya didn't really bother all that much trying to hide anything. He even went with his ACTUAL name lol. Or technically the diminutive of it (Yevgeny), but since Taekjoo had been warned about Zhenya's alias 'Psikh Bogdanov' instead of his actual name 'Yevgeny Vissarionovich Bogdanov', he had no way of knowing, they'd be the same person even if he had made the connection that Zhenya was short for Yevgeny at that point in time.
He gets mad about it later though

So he has been in prison for 1 month, he did it w: the prosecutor the month prior (2months) and silver hair the month before the prosecutor (3months). I think it’s silver hair as the dad.
I sure hope you are right. But when he went to prison, he had been together with silver 2mos ago and with the prosecutor a month. He has been in prison for 2 mos now and utz revealed that he's 3 mos pregnant also which coincides with the time he was with the prosecutor. Butttt yes, I hope I'm just confused. The color of the snake's eyes looks the same as silver's and it is white also so yeah. I'm keeping my hopes up.
