I just know it happened before one of the times when he left for a long period of time and her father had teased her about how men are the same in certain areas m and she thought he was wrong about it, only to be proven wrong. They essentially hinted at it having happened every time it did (which happened more than once). And I don’t actually remember her faking being pregnant. Her dad believed she was pregnant when she wasn’t, but now she clearly is.
