Our MC is such a good character. He’s not heartless despite his past, he’s kind but not a pushover. He knows empathy and compassion and is willing to give people a second chance but is ruthless when he needs to be, unlike in a lot of martial art works where all the characters get killed regardless.
I love the idea of helping and fighting for all ‘common people’, haven’t really read many manga where that’s the main cause instead of a sect or trying to be just the strongest or just revenge etc etc.
If anyone has any reservations about this work, give it a go! It’s a fun read with great characters and lots of comedy and many action-filled moments ;)
