Taku is a manipulative mf, indeed. But that's why I like him haha, crazy taste I guess. But y'know as a confident bitch like myself, I relate to him sm. I'm decisive, when I love something, I would do everything to get it. I don't let opportunities slip through my fingers. That's who I am, and also why I stan Taku as a character. This webtoon has multiple gray characters specifically the 3 main characters, there is no such thing as good or bad, they all have their own flaws and strengths. Personally, I dislike joowon, he's also manipulative (not Taku's level) but indecisive af. If I were given 10 years with someone, I won't let such thing happen. Like their parents already broke up for quite a long time but what's he waiting for? Covid outbreak? Zombie outbreak? End of the world? But with Taku, the moment he realized his feelings, he immediately did everything to get haesoo (tho majority hated the way he did it, idc he's my type).

Bottom line here is that we all have our own preference, I would 100% choose someone who's sure of himself, his feelings, and would act on it rather than someone who's passive and indecisive who needs a catalyst (which is taku in HxJ relationship) to act on his feelings. I'm not a patient mf that can wait 10 years for someone to change and undergo character development (storywise it's good tho).
