Why do authors/publishers deliberately insert the romance or harem trope in an adventure manhua/manga/webtoon when its not even needed? and oviously ruining the flow of the plot and character development of the MC?
Why is that? kindly share your thoughts.

i know some might disagree but i really dont like the harem vibes here. though MC is really not that interested i just find it annoying sometimes. also i dont like aikos reason for learning english, she doesnt aprecite what her prents sacrificed for her to be a well lived person. i hate how she disregards their confectionare business. shes not proud of her roots and it just irks.
