There is no "pedo" since the sex scenes in the first chapter is either a dream or a flashback but the ML is a full grown adult. The transition wasn't clear so it starts as theirs being a kid (test subject) and adult (researcher) but we don't know when they actually have sexual relationships. Don't know if it's a flashback, in that their sexual relationship started back at the lab, or just a literal dream that foreshadows things to come. Anyways, that was just based on the first chapter. Don't be fooled by minors and immature adults who can't tell what's what in a story. That having said, I love the mysterious atmosphere and the wonderful art. It's regrettable this comic is still in its infancy.
