Tbh honest, I’m actually amazed. Like actually. I might consider this one of the best world building mangas I have red. Very well understood ideas, groups, and concepts are thoroughly put into the story, along with the problems and occurrences within politics and nobility being realistic and well thought out. Many things are taken into account and you can tell the author did much studying or had a very good understanding.

I just finished season 2, and the story, plot, and world building is developing rapidly and with so much detail. The over whelming difference from a noble to a commoner to shown so vividly in the chapters of Nora’s friends trying to contact him but then failing. The heavy influence that religion has on the empire is a real thing that happened exactly in real olden days, and corruption was also rampant. God everything about this manga is so detailed and realistic, im actually super amazed. Also Shuli locking past memories of abuse of joneses was actually crazy, I did not expect that. Things are only gonna get super more hectic cause the that accusation by the church too. Σ( ￣□￣||)
So apparently In shuli’s past life she received a letter of pity/confession (hinted at being from the prince, I presume but shuli didn’t know) . Panickes and attempts to try to hide it so that she can return it later at some point. Then duke discovers it and gets mad, possibly because he fears that if Shuli leaves for a lover then their will be no one to take care of the lion family in his absence? Can some one confirm or deny what I thought happened? If I missed anything or interpreted anything amiss?
i feel like it’s because he has a fear of the empress leaving, but he sees the empress in shuli. it hasn’t been confirmed but i’m pretty sure the duke married shuli purely off of the fact she looked like the previous empress. i don’t think he was mad at shuli leaving, he was mad at the empress leaving him for the emperor in the past but he was ill and couldn’t think straight. it’s shown that he had feelings for the previous empress for a really long time, i think these feelings of insecurity seeped out when he was ill and couldn’t think straight. this is just my hypothesis cause i don’t think the duke genuinely romantically liked shuli, otherwise he’d be a predator. this is just my take tho cause i’d really hate for the duke to be a predator.

No he didn't. The other actor is the one MC was being used to cover the scadals of, MC's previous agency's president's nephew. He did se*ual favours to get roles or other oppotunities. He and MC were on a project together. MC was supposed to be the lead but then he was pushed to a supporting character and then the character was killed halfway through the drama. The scummy guy provokes MC by saying he'll make his younger brother suffer like he made MC suffer. Know that the scummy guy and his uncle, made MC believe he slept with a man and they have it on tape. They also tried to r-word him by a bunch of people and tape it later on to make him stay in their company. So the MC punches him in front of everyone. The video of it leaks and it becomes a scandal. MC gets cancelled but give a public apology. Later they find the camera installed by a stalker in MC's car. The scummy guy once waited in the car to ambush MC and threaten him. It was all caught on it so the ML leaks the footage and all the evidence he slowly accumulated over time about the scummy guy. It was also found that he slept with the writer to cut short the MC's role. MC's image gets cleared and the scummy guy gets cancelled since even his se* tape is released. Currently it looks like we may be in the final arc since the MC looks like he is prepping to propose.
