I totally think it's absolutely fine for the Fleur lady to have plotted a scheme like that, and no one should have blamed her. But where her reputation would've gone down would be people should've started to see her in a different light, and that just maybe, the duchess was seeing something that they weren't , in her. The prince can't exactly be mad at her for trying to kill the duchess, but he should've had those rose covered tinted glasses removed, and start realizing that yh, this lady is quite the same breed as the duchess.

I really think he's objectively THE most handsome Ml I've ever seen. Maybe it's the fact he's not only objectively pretty, but also very expressive. So his face has opportunities to show its potential, instead of just displaying a resting bitch face. That combined with his pretty eyes, ears and fangs? Drop dead gorgeous

Some people have been commenting that they don't like the way the mom is being written. And that's fair. What's not fair is to call the author misogynistic. There are millions of manwhas where the dad abandons the child even knowing they're biological. Many of them don't have a valid reason at all. This time it just happens to be the mom. She's just an awful selfish character and that's that.

I stand by what I said tho that it doesn't makes sense for the mom to be written like this. Even Claude had his redemption arc. The guy who neglected his own child and had her executed from believing she poisoned the other girl.
And, I concluded that this reeks of "internalized misogyny", not by just how the mom is written but by how flat most of the female characters are. (A "flat character" refers to a character in a story who is lacking depth and complexity, and typically not undergoing significant change throughout the narrative.) For me, this feels like internalized misogyny. If you don't agree with that, that's okay too, but you didn't need to cherry-pick my words.

I really enjoy this couple. It doesn't feel cliche even if it actually is. I have never in my life felt it appropriate for a ml to use the "she's INTERESTING" line. But for this manwha, I absolutely think it goes! She's genuinely interesting! And their relationship seems so dang genuine and cute. Please, they might be my favorite manwha couple ever! Surpassing Lucas and Athy.

I really really love this female lead. #1 reason is her handling of "slaves". Instead of so called "finding " them first and making the slave get obsessed with her, she hires them and pays them a fucking salary. I've had the displeasure of seeing wayyyyy to many fls taking this route of rushing to find the "indispensable" individual who always happens to be a victim of slavery. And instead of taking a second to think of idk basic human decency, they always resort to, "oh well' I give them food, shelter and I'm kind, that's enough to have them basically work for me". How has NO ONE THOUGHT TO HIRE THEM UNTIL NOW?!

The translation is a little difficult to read, but I'm managing. One thing I'll say though, the continued use of fls taking on slaves is a concept I feel manwhas need to step away from. I mean yes, you're making their situation a little better by not abusing them and giving them their basic needs. But at the end of the day, you're using them for your own purposes. Not paying them for it either. Food and a roof over your head is not payment. They're your property. Still a slave. And worse yet, because of this, they become attached obsessively to the fls, and can often times do things that go against her wishes because of that. And I don't blame them. It's a disgusting concept to be done over and over again. Buy them if you must, but don't have them as your property. Hire them as your bodyguard with actual monetary compensation. Better yet, hire an actual bodyguard!
Noooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! NOT HERE!!! WHAT KINDA CLIFFHANGER IS THAT?!?! OH MY GISH, HE'S FUCKING HOT! The eyes always following Yumin! He don't give a damn!! Like, "where are you going girl? Com 'ere. You forgot we have a date?"
