The author has expressively said they didn't want their work circulating sites like this, so. If they don't want the free publicity that should be respected.

the author is being cheated out of money though, those extra illustrations were from her patreon, and since she doesn't consent to having her artwork posted here (she actually opposes it) its a crime

Totally agree with you. Most of the stories I've read from tapas, webtoon and other apps I actually came across here first. I would not know any of these if it weren't from mangago. I simply look for good stories here and when I find some interesting story I start looking for the app where it originally being uploaded (if there is any app that is uploading the story). These webtoons/manhwa still gets benefits from this site they get little publicity of from this.

if the author wanted more people to know their comic or wanted publicity they would post they work on other sites or apps as well but if the author does want to they have their reason and people don't have the right to just take their work without permission and post it here and if you have some conscience you will take this down and stop posting it here.

Look, yes it does spread the author’s works... but it’s also taking money from the author by posting it here. The author expressed that he wanted it taken down, so this is almost illegal to keep up here. I know you found it, but this is taking money from the author.

guys , are you forgotting that none if these mangas are for free? at least 80% arent, if you ever readed manga here, you are cheating the autor out of money, this is illegal site.
