It's not weird and that person probably has a partner that doesn't like them at all. My fiancé always, I mean always, wipe me down or we would go to bath together and he would all do the work after every intercourse. I asked him why he does it and he always say because I'm his baby as cringe as it sounds for other people (not for me tho)
A lot of people don’t do it but it think it depends on you and your partner my boyfriend and I don’t bathe together simply because our apartment it too small
