I read the novel before finding the manhua and it's incredible. They do a great job of capturing the spirit of the novel with the illustrations.
I recall having to read it through 3 different translators who did such a good job getting all 20 or more (it's been over 4 -5 years since i read them) chapters done. It's super helpful to read the end notes as well.
Yeah... However, all the novels that author wrote are sooooo angsty and dramatic.... Have you read ju primas nostis, and the fallen hero?

That depends. Is there an artist that has drawn the next part for there to be something to translate. These type of stories are hard because it's built from the novel first.
