I don't think so. Sensei has written some pretty nasty stuff too. Overshadowed by exaggerated expressions but the plot/characters' personalities were nasty. (Still loved them though.)
I agree, sensei, does have other stories with themes of infidelity, it's just never the overall theme of the story.

I like this manga because it doesn't have the stereotype where the crybaby or clingy or the cute one has to be the uke. Even thought the same is scary af. It's only my opinion though ╮(￣▽￣)╭
