I don't think so. Sensei has written some pretty nasty stuff too. Overshadowed by exaggerated expressions but the plot/characters' personalities were nasty. (Still loved them though.)
I agree, sensei, does have other stories with themes of infidelity, it's just never the overall theme of the story.

Read all of her series?! They're all good. The art is definitely A++ but the plot varies. Some are too easy while some are as complicated as this one. You may start with Ubawareru http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/ubawareru_koto_marugoto_zenbu/
Then check the COMMENTS not the TOPICS (cuz apparently they are different) for how you would read the series because it has a lot of spin-offs.
