It was really cool and I liked that it was a story kf of how being a caretaker of an sick/ill family member can affect personal life. It's something that isn't very oftenly portrayed in media but is surprisingly common in real life. Usually stories like this are written from the perspective of the ill person (which isn't bad!)
I do wish however, that the brother's story was a bit more expanded, maybe not in this manga but a separate one. Or in extras. But I understand that this story wasn't about him.
All in all, it was pretty cute and had some funny moments.
