yes there's an app like that called MangaGo but it's not in anyway connected to this website.
From what it looks like it could be somehow connected to other pirating sites like MangaOwl, but I think it just takes the Manga catalog from those sites.
There's also nowhere where you can "sign in" so you don't exactly have an account, but you can save......
