There is no one correct way to make them, any form will work. Generally you need at least the following sections: personal info, education, work experience, skills, interest & hobby's, maybe a small descriptions about yourself, and extra activities you have done. For work exp. and extra act. you should mention your position, what you did, and what you were responsible for.
