Sukuna actually killed Itadori in the detention center, he dropped dead after having his heart ripped out.
Sukuna tried to kill Megumi, in both detention center and Shibuya there was A LOT of destruction of property.
In Shibuya, Sukuna murdered the guy with the ponytail and Getou's daughters and involuntary manslaughter of thousands of people.
There's also the murder of Megumi's sister, Gojou and the lighting guy.
I hope the judge see that as death penalty worthy.
Also, I thought Sukuna would open his domain to get out of the trial
