1. the raws are way ahead; the latest chapter was 39 and chapter 40 is coming out on the 20th (only on ridi, which requires a screening process to purchase adult content; lezhin is going onto chapter 37, i believe). the reason the raws are so far ahead is because the author (for a short time) was releasing 2 chapters at a time on a slightly faster schedule. now the schedule is back to 1 chapter every 10 days. tappytoon releases 1 translated chapter every week.

an easy way to purchase coins (which are not expensive, you can buy around 40 coins for 5 bucks and each chapter is about 4 coins) if you can't read korean is to simply purchase the coins on the english lezhin site so you can understand the process then proceed to the link above and buy the chapters you want on the korean site.
as for the english translations being sold, you can buy them on tappytoon.

I saw/read chapter 73 in the raws weeks ago, and could hardly wait for the English translations. However, there are about 4 pages -- or frames -- missing from this recent upload. Near the end, after page 58, there should be a scene with DG looking super cute under the blanket, and then Alex getting very aroused from DG calling him "hyung"; that's what prompted the kiss.
