This comment reflects upon a spoiler, and it's also kinda long.

It's indeed a terrible thing that Rix will give that guy a bj while in a state of unconsciousness, and I'm positively irked by it, but I feel like this is more of a plot device to set the tone of the story, and not an uncomfortable attempt at a hot threesome, or just unnecessary abuse.
So far, things have been progressing with relative ease for the two of them. That guy right there is the conflict that will catapult things into motion. Rix will have to reach even lower than rock bottom before he can start climbing up again. That's catharsis. The author wouldn't put something like that in a story out of mindlessness, they want us to reflect upon the weight of it; they want us to realise that even though Rix has Nuah, he can't stay like this.
Despite there being cute moments and Nuah being the definition of adorable; and the fact that so far this story has progressed like sweet romance; it's still a dark one. That guy is here to remind us of that.
I also wanted to add... for anyone who read the spoilers etc and is still angry at Nuah:
If course I understand where you’re coming from but I feel like we have to understand nuah as well... he’s a literal baby in the sense that he’s not well-versed with other people & how to solve conflicts in the human world. That’s why, regardless of whether he should’ve used his power or not in he beginning (before that guy stared touching rix), he was basically just freaking out (ie, blubbering like a fool) about what to do because his cognition isn’t developed enough (hence, why I call him a baby). If it makes more sense, I’d look up Piaget and cognitive development as that explains much of what is happening (at least to me). But... at the same time, if this is still very off putting to you, I understand and would not make you read something you don’t want to continue reading anymore nor can I stop you from getting angry/disappointed at nuah
It's very much so!!
I'd also like to point out that this moment could contribute to Nuah's character development as well. He will have to grow out of all that if he is to effectively protect Rix (which will in itself bring about even more conflict, since he's not supposed to interfere in human matters). He'll have to decide which is a priority: Rix or his position as a deity.
Like I said: catapulting things into motion.
IT'S THE 5TH TIME I COME HERE TO RE-READ THIS UPDATE
