I think the reason he wasn't able to go into heat in the first place is the anxiety of not being a dominant omega, and therefore is not very fertile and capable of giving birth to supreme children which his husband deserves (from his perspective). I think it's consistent with his personality all throughout the manga, him being insecure with himself.

If the main character turns back into a beta I'm going to be annoyed. It doesn't really make sense to me that someone can change their second gender multiple times. The author is just dragging on the story and causing drama. It could've ended with them married and having kids, but no they chose to mention people changing from omega to beta just to make the main character more scared and insecure about their marriage.
like euihyun is still probably mad about the debt and lost some trust in taeju, but he also feels comforted by him. I hope that they get out safely and he tells taeju his stomach hurts and they go to the hospital and find out he's pregnant and the baby is safe. Ik this probably won't, but let me be delusional

I think the debt was actually cleared, in a way that Euihyun don't have to pay it anymore? But instead they go for the original debtor(?) which is Sahyuk. And maybe I'm also delusional but I feel like they told Euihyun the debt is still there just to make him doubt Taejoo yk, some spice of drama LOL
