just from the prologue + description where he said grapes were his least favorite, i already had a hunch that seongwoon was just pretending to like things for yeonwoo’s sake because he knew he was poor :< now that were at the part of him being at the hospital, im so excited to see what happens next, like if he’ll open up and be more truthful about what he actually likes to yeonwoo !! or maybe the entire time he just grew to like those “cheap” things despite coming from a rich family just because he really loved yeonwoo?? either way seongwoon is unironically the biggest green flag ever
