I swear the difference between yaoi and shounen ai is just when there's explicit sexual content or not. Anyways, this is a webcomic? It can absolutely afford to bring the uke and seme together over a slow period rather than a oneshot

Just a little fact most of you are overlooking is that previously (or rather the first sex between them) was pretty much up for debate but I digress in that the uke at that time was seriously injured and under heavy medication so much so that he could not tell what was real or a dream and up until the current update he still does not remember what exactly happened just his body and the seme's explanation afterwards is all that he knows about the incident (the seme was healthy, much stronger and fully in control of all his senses during the said incident and there was no blackmail involved).

I'm not saying that raping someone under the influence of medication or anything is ok just that the circumstances between the two sexual encounters are very different and should not be categorized as being on the same level.

I was just replying to H.M.N.I God's original post in my first response here as they seemed not to get why a lot of us in the comments were saying it's rape. The thing is when you are being blackmailed it's not really a choice it's forced and you are not given any real free will. The uke got hard because it's his body's reaction to the sexual stimulus his words (before and after the rape) and facial reactions afterward tell us just how unwilling he was, from your logic then a lot of actual rape victims are not victims because their bodies reacted during the rape. Please read up on rape and rape victims are the only response I can give to you.

The second time they had sex was when the duke got him drunk and pretty much incited the whole thing with Jace having given dubious consent but it was not really rape because afterwards, Jace was pretty much ok with it just like I said dubious consent like he regards it as a mistake but is ok with it, their first sexual encounter I believe I have already discussed in one of my previous responses. If you have read and properly understood what I have been trying to convey you would see that I have already said i'm it's not ok to rape someone under the influence of alcohol or drugs it's really the situation of their first sexual encounter was different. The duke was hesitant at first but consented eventually you can see this as he believes Jace will not get him hard then he does and is willing it's just a blow to his pride because he did not believe that he could be sexually attracted to Jace. All their sexual encounters since then have been incited by him. If you read a lot of older yaoi this trope is quite common where one party is initially hesitant but soon is ok with things afterwards and there is no blame or negative feelings of disgust or pain and self-esteem issues involved (ie. this is some of the emotions rape victims go through).
