I read it again starting at chapter 23, and there was a flashback scene where Taemin's mother run away...it's only base on what story of them running in my head right now..but hahah i think Taemin mother will be back when taemin is in han siwoon body now, i mean do you think taemin's mother will influence the story ..well if he's mother really shows up again there might be a chance that Han siwoon ( tae min) admits that he is really Yoon Tae Min hahah ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Let's be honest. With a little communication, they can sort it out. Woojin can tell him in some way that he's being blackmailed by Jiwook, and so until he figures out how to best him, he needs room/space. Taemin isn't a wimp. I think he understands Jiwook is a shit getting in the way.
Plus, honestly, both Woojin and Taemin could plot how to overcome Jiwook. IF I were Taemin, I'd go to the parents and tell them EXACTLY every single nasty word done and every single nasty thing done by Jiwook. I'd start recording Jiwook's insults and bullying. And play it for mom and dad. Then say, "I killed myself because Jiwook drove me to it."
Then let the parents rain hell on Jiwook. I'd love to see them disown teh little shit. How far is he gonna get without money.
