I like to think of this as the sequel rather than “The Surviving”, because that way it feels like we’re getting an in-depth look into the antagonist’s background and the life he once lived, helping us understand his actions better. I also think that reading this first would ruin “The Surviving”, since we would already know who the mastermind is and the kind of goals he has. Him revealing his abilities, and the fact that he can defeat other non-humans like himself, would no longer be a surprise, stripping away every ounce of mystery and suspense surrounding him.
All of this and still no clue what happened to the pro gamer, wasn’t he supposed to be with them?
I like this but the fact Suah keeps breaking boundaries and just doing as he pleases while ignoring Juhyeok’s wishes and feelings bothers me. He literally sa’d/raped Juhyeok.. (╥_╥) but it’s just the start so i can’t judge much. Looking forward to the next chapters and hope it doesn’t follow your typical yaoi route…
also the way Juhyeok is acting reminded me of that one omegaverse quiz and that his result would be aggressive omega o( ❛ᴗ❛ )o
I binge read this at 1am since i was neglecting my studies, went to bed sad because there weren't more chapters. Woke up and did all my exams (that went very well, maybe because of this bl..) and then came home to a new chapter. Am I God's favorite ? Is this a gift for doing well in my exams ?
